Everything except the recording. A good done-for-you team decides what to make, writes the scripts, guides the filming, edits, posts, tracks what works, and builds the path from views to inquiries, so the expert's only job is to show up and talk.

If you have never been on camera, you need done-for-you with a confidence ramp, not standard done-with-you. Done-with-you assumes you can already film and just want support; a true beginner needs the whole process handled plus a gradual on-ramp to being on camera at all.
